Returns
We want you to feel great in your Gloris.
If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:
🕐 You have 14 days
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Email us at hello@weargloris.com if you encounter any issue with your return and we'll be happy to assit.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
📦 Exchanges
Need a different style or want to upgrade? Let us know — we’re happy to help. If your return qualifies, we can issue a store credit so you can reorder the item you want.
🚫 What can’t be returned
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated.
